These terms and conditions apply to the use of Reneos.shop, a store operated by RLDGlobal Commerce Inc., and to the purchase of digital products sold under the RENEOS™ brand.

1. Digital Products

The majority of products sold on Reneos.shop are digital products: PDFs, ZIP files, templates, PNG/SVG files, CSV files, TXT files, e-books, guides, printables, prompts, creative packs, or other downloadable resources. No physical products are shipped unless clearly stated otherwise on a product page.

2. Prices, Taxes, and Payment

Prices are displayed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise indicated. Applicable taxes may be calculated at checkout based on your purchase location and activated tax settings. Receipts and invoices are issued in the name of RLDGlobal Commerce Inc..

3. License to Use

Each product comes with a license or terms of use. Unless otherwise indicated, purchase grants a personal, internal, or limited commercial use right depending on the product. Resale, redistribution, free publication, public sharing, or repackaging of source files as a competing product is prohibited.

4. Intellectual Property

The content, texts, files, visuals, templates, guides, trademarks, and RENEOS™ elements remain the property of RLDGlobal Commerce Inc. or their respective rights holders. The purchase of a digital product does not transfer the intellectual property of the source files.

5. Prohibited Use

You may not use RENEOS™ products for illegal, deceptive, fraudulent, defamatory, infringing, or third-party rights-violating activities. You must not remove license notices where required.

6. No Guarantee of Results

Products are provided for informational, creative, or organizational purposes. No guarantee of sales, revenue, views, subscribers, employment, funding, compliance, advertising performance, or other results is promised.

7. Professional Advice

The products do not constitute personalized legal, tax, financial, accounting, medical, HR, immigration, educational, advertising, or professional advice. For specific situations, consult a qualified professional.

8. Third-Party Platforms

The names of third-party platforms are used for descriptive purposes only. Reneos.shop, RENEOS™, and RLDGlobal Commerce Inc. are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Shopify, Canva, Etsy, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, OpenAI, Notion, or any other third-party platform mentioned.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, RLDGlobal Commerce Inc. cannot be held liable for indirect losses, loss of profits, loss of data, usage errors, software incompatibilities, or decisions made based on purchased products.

10. Applicable Laws

These conditions are interpreted according to the laws applicable in Canada and Quebec, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules that may apply depending on the buyer's place of residence.
